…that gracefully make routine rounds at a different customer’s lunge line in the consulting business.
There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all strategy for the future. That is why we do not sell standardized packages or mass products. As passionate futurists, we devote ourselves to exclusive studies and projects that separate the wheat from the chaff.
Together, we launched the think tank and foresight company Themis Foresight in April 2021. We are curious about the future, passionate, and motivated to deepen our understanding of possible and probable futures. Every single one of us has passed up safer or better-paid jobs to live our mission.
is to infuse businesses with our understanding of the future, to enable them to seize the opportunities of market-shaping technologies and thereby shape the future of the European and global economies.
The countries where we have studied or worked which have broadened the horizon of our team.
We all know and trust each other through a shared working experience at an established consulting and research institute. Our strength as a team comes from our combined expertise as highly qualified researchers from a wide range of disciplines. The distinctiveness of our research questions and the depth of our answers are strengthened by the diversity of our work and life experiences.

As Enablement Coach & Development Trainer he supports, encourages and challenges each team member with decision crossings and questions about self-organization, communication and conflict clarification. For the whole team he designs trainings and development impulses around all challenges that await us on our future mission. He gained previous experience in corporate topics such as strategy, change, company culture, transformation and agility as the managing director of a Hamburg-based call center service provider for several years and as a change consultant, mediator, trainer and coach in Germany and the UK. After school, study and work experiences in the USA, France, UK, Morocco, Syria, Yemen and Russia, one thing is certain for him: the proactive search for horizon-expanding changes of perspective is becoming more than ever the linchpin of management success worldwide. Be it to navigate one’s own company through future geopolitical changes. Or to leave the success paths of the present in time (i.e. 10 to 15 years in advance) and to elicit the best design potential from the radical newness of the future.
